28 Years Completion

Dear IQS valued customers,

With great excitement and a deep sense of responsibility, I am happy to inform you that IQS has entered its 27th year of operations, and has launched a one-year celebration program till 27th year completion. You will soon hear about this from our support team.

When we started our first program 27 years back, you supported us. With your continued support and motivation, we have made a record of more than 15,000 candidates trained, more than 1,500 programs executed in more than 20 countries and established 4 well-equipped classrooms with more than 100 training courses in place covering welding, NDT, API, ASME, NDE, AWS, CSWIP, soft skills and more.

While undergoing the first training course with my Guru in training, he told me that one gets 25% of knowledge in the classroom, 25% more when he/she applies that knowledge in practice and remaining 50% when he/she starts teaching. A big thanks to our customers and students who have contributed to our balance 50% knowledge through a learning activity.

With great appreciation and admiration received in India and worldwide, our internal yardstick still does not show any of our programs delivered at more than 50% internal satisfaction level. This internal restlessness, very high internal expectations and your motivation is a chain reaction which is going to create many more miracles in the history of IQS in the coming many more years.

Along with training, we have entered in consultancy in the ASME, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISO 3834, PED, CE marking, NDT lab development, Aerospace and other quality related areas where our unique way of ‘Hand-holding’ and ‘making the things happen’ approach has been appreciated by the customers, and now we have more than 30 Management System related customers and 55 ASME Certification customers including U, U2, S, PP, A and Nuclear Stamps. Standardization, Distant Consultancy and cost-effective solutions are on the anvil now.

NDT Services and Inspection Services are the reinforcement for our training and consultancy activities. We do not teach swimming by standing on the bank of the river, but we jump into the water with the students. This has helped us in understanding the ‘Pain Areas’ of the industry and prepare ourselves to address the same in our Training and Consultancy Solutions.

We have started NDE Level III Club two years back as a social-technical platform for lateral sharing of knowledge and experience. I am active in National Governing Council of Indian Society for Non-destructive Testing and NCB/ISNT, as well as an approved member of ICNDT – WG1, (International Committee for Non-Destructive Testing – Working Group – 1) representing ISNT (Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing) for Training and Certification.

We are also contributing to college-NDT programs for promotion of NDT Science. Our ‘Earn and Learn’ scheme has produced many successful NDT Technocrats working in India and abroad.

All the above things were impossible without your wholehearted support and hard work of our dedicated team. Our team is always ready with passion and dedication to serve our customers. This team is the back-bone of our confidence displayed at our customer’s end.

‘Insight Global FZE’, our Dubai (UAE) wing is now in 7th year of operation and rendering services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. We are conducting regular training programs and online training for South East Asia region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.)

Accreditation of NCB/ISNT, partnership with TWI, ISO 9001 certification from TUV Nord, approved API training provider for QTPC (for Qatar Petroleum) are a few of our credentials. We are also in the process of obtaining ‘AWS’ accreditation. With a younger team now, we are entering into ‘Computer Based Training’ and our first program will be out in the 1 st half of 2019.

We are also in the process of making a pool of experienced and knowledgeable experts from industry to develop new, practical and effective training and consultancy solutions. In December 2019 we will be celebrating our 25 th year completion event, and you may consider this as a pre-invitation for the same.

In 2019, we are launching 12 new training programs (not conducted by IQS so far) and nominal fees will be charged to our old candidates for the same. This includes API 1169 (January 2019), Train the Trainers (February 2019) and Awareness Program for ISO 45001 (March 2019). Let me take this opportunity to wish you a very happy new year 2019!

With Best wishes,

Diwakar Joshi
