What is the minimum qualification requirement for attending the courses?
As per SNT-TC-1A edition 2006, the minimum qualification required is High School (Higher Secondary Examination) passed.
Is experience in NDT a requirement to attend the courses?
As per SNT-TC-1A edition 2006, minimum experience requirements are mandatory. Please refer our training calendar for details.
I am a fresher. Can I apply?
You may attend the whole course, but examination will be conducted only after fulfilling the SNT-TC-1A requirements of experience.
What is the fee structure of the courses?

Where are the practical sessions conducted?
We have full-fledged training and practical rooms, available with all consumables and equipments required for the hands-on practical.
When and where are the exams conducted?
We have full-fledged training and practical rooms, available with all consumables and equipments required for the hands-on practical.
When and where are the exams conducted?
The exams are conducted in our classroom on the last day of the training program.
What is the pattern of the exams?
All exams are of objective type (General and Specific) with hands on practical for NDE certification.
What is the criterion for passing the exam?
The minimum passing percentage is 80 % average and 70 % minimum in each exam (General, specific, practical) for NDE certification.
When can I get the certificate?
Certificate is awarded within 10 days after successfully passing the examination.
Is experience certificate mandatory?
Yes, it is a mandatory requirement as per SNT-TC-1A
Can I get the training material in advance?
Yes. After completing the registration process you may get the training material in advance.
After the course, can I get a placement in industry?
IQS is not providing any placement services, but there are very good chances of getting the right job.
What all is included in the fees?
Complete training material (bag, stationery, writing pad, etc.), lunch, tea, biscuits etc.
What is the validity of the certificate?
Qualification certificate is valid for 5 years. After this period you have to renew the certificate.
How can the certificate be renewed after expiry?
Renewal of certificate will be done from our office. You have to submit original certificate and experience certificate with application form.
What if I cannot clear the exams?
You can reappear for the exam within the period of 3 months from result date.
